What are you trying to accomplish? Why is that your goal? Why is that important to you? In our first session we gain clarity on your direction and the underlying values that you're trying to live out. We'll discuss setting achievable goals, using strengths and passions, and building habits.
Develop your secure base for authenticity to thrive.
This session is about getting centered, making space, and connecting to your willpower. We'll practice letting go of tension in the mind and slowing down to open up. Grounding allows us to start right at the beginning, instead of getting overwhelmed in the chaos of the middle.
Reclaim your energy through attention with intention.
Your attention is your superpower! In this session we take a look at where you spend your attention and practice conscious attention management. We'll work on isolating and removing attention draining patterns from your life to make space for you to do more of what fills you up.
Maximize your impact through concentration with compassion.
Would you rather toil through hours of distracted labor, or get the same work done in twenty minutes? This session is about building the muscle of focus to accomplish more with less effort. We'll work with your internal monologue to remove judgement and activate your inner advocate.
Exercise body awareness to stay present and generate options.
Do you store tension in your body or hold self-limiting stories in your mind? Your physical body helps you process experiences if you allow it to. In this session we'll practice identifying emotions and listening to your senses to deliberately respond rather than impulsively react.
Cultivate gratitude to welcome abundance into everyday.
Positive emotions broaden our perspective to see more opportunities in the world around us. Gratitude is a receptive state, helping you open up to accept possibility. In this session we'll exercise a simple method for activating gratitude and overwriting scarcity mindset.
Overcome challenges by shifting your perspective.
Think of a challenge facing you right now. Rather than focus on the obstacles in your way, look at the endpoint and consider, what is the Best Possible Outcome? In this session we'll view challenges from new angles and practice embodying your best self to dissolve barriers.
Reinvigorate your vision to live in authenticity.
Everything you need, you already are. This session is about applying all of your progress and stepping confidently into authentic living. We'll reexamine your goals to align them with your values, passions, and strengths, setting you up for fulfilling experiences and success.
This series is designed for recognizing and activating your leader potential. Whether you are new to leadership, or renewing your personal philosophy as a leader, this program will help affirm your direction and align with your best leader Self. By first applying these principles to yourself, the practice of leading others comes from the standpoint of personal experience and empathic insight.
